In 1913, he established Karim Hotel in Gali Kababian, near Jama Masjid. The restaurant quickly gained fame for delivering royal Mughal flavors to the common man. Over the years, Karim's expanded its menu to include classics like Seekh Kebabs, Mutton Korma, and Tandoori dishes. The establishment remains committed to its roots, with recipes and cooking methods passed down through generations.

Today, the restaurant is managed by the fourth generation of the family and is a landmark of Old Delhi, attracting both locals and tourists. Despite its growth with branches in other areas, the original location retains its historical charm and culinary authenticity.
